The MyNISSAN App helps you maximize your vehicle's potential and enhance your ownership experience. It provides remote access, security features, personalization options, vehicle information, maintenance tracking, and convenient functionality from your Nissan directly to your compatible Android phone or Wear OS device.
All Nissan owners can use the MyNISSAN App, though the experience is optimized for 2014 and newer vehicles. Important Service Update:
The NissanConnect Services telematics program was impacted by AT&T's discontinuation of its 3G cellular network. Since February 22, 2022, vehicles with 3G-compatible telematics hardware can no longer access NissanConnect Services features. Customers with affected vehicles needed to enroll in NissanConnect Services before June 1, 2021 to receive service through February 22, 2022 (subject to network availability).
