The wait continues for "The Winds of Winter," but fans of George R.R. Martin's epic saga have something new to anticipate. The author recently revealed the cover for the illustrated edition of "A Feast for Crows," featuring artwork by Jeffrey R. McDonald.
Set for release on November 4, 2025, this will be the fourth installment in the series to receive the special illustrated treatment. The edition includes a foreword by acclaimed fantasy author Joe Abercrombie. Preorders are currently available through major retailers including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Target.

For collectors, the previous three illustrated editions are already available:
A complete box set of "A Song of Ice and Fire" is also currently on the market.
