KLab Inc. has revealed updates on their upcoming JoJo's Bizarre Adventure mobile game. Initially announced in early 2020, development was delayed due to issues with the original development partner. Now, KLab has partnered with Beijing-based Wanda Cinemas Games to relaunch the project.
After overcoming development hurdles, the game is back on track for a global release (excluding Japan) in 2026. Wanda Cinemas Games boasts a portfolio of successful mobile titles, including Hoolai Three Kingdoms Mobile Game, Calabash Brothers, Fortress Mobile Game, Saint Seiya: Legend of Justice, Tensura: King of Monsters, and The Legend of Qin.

For those unfamiliar with the source material, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is a long-running manga series by Hirohiko Araki, initially serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1987 and later adapted into anime and films. The series features a unique blend of surrealism, supernatural elements, and intense battles, spanning various storylines and encompassing diverse antagonists, from ancient vampires to interdimensional entities.
This isn't JoJo's first venture into the gaming world; a Super Famicom RPG debuted in 1993, followed by numerous titles. Popular Android releases include JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Shooters (2014), JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Records (2017), and JoJo's Pitter Patter Pop! (2018).
