Pokémon Sleep's latest update introduces Rufflet and Braviary to the game. Starting January 20th, these new Flying-type Pokémon will appear more frequently, rewarding dedicated sleep researchers.
With this update, you can use Pokémon Incense to encounter Rufflet and Braviary on Greengrass Isle, Cyan Beach, and Snowdrop Tundra. Super Skill Week runs until January 27th, allowing you to maximize your Pokémon's special abilities across all areas.
During this event, Skill-specialized Pokémon have higher appearance rates. The limited-time Mini Candy Boost also provides support, giving helper Pokémon with Skill specialties a 1.5x chance to trigger their main skill, which then receives a 3x boost.

Besides Rufflet and Braviary, several other Pokémon will appear more often, including Meowth, Eevee, Psyduck, Drifloon, Growlithe, Mimikyu, Slowpoke, Togepi, Magnemite, Ralts, and others.
