Upon boarding, display your electronic ticket on your phone to the driver or transit officer for fare verification. Your ticket remains valid until your final destination and is accessible in the "Valid Tickets" section. View past tickets in the "Travel details" section.

Payment failures may result from:

- Insufficient balance since number activation

Standard and student cards are self-service; other discounted cards require in-person application at a company office with supporting documentation. Top up your virtual card via the app or through services like Kaspi Bank and Halyk Bank (homebank).
