eTide HDF offers comprehensive tide information worldwide, complete with tide charts and widgets for effortless offline access. Featuring data for over 10,000 tidal stations across the US, UK, Canada, and more, it provides forecasts spanning several months.
Key Features:
- Offline Capability: Access the last 50 tide charts even without an internet connection.
- Customizable Widgets: Resize widgets (1x1 to 5x5), display data as charts or tables, and enjoy automatic daily updates. Offline widget data is also included.
- Location-Based Tides: View "tides near me" based on your current location.
- Interactive Tide Graphs: Zoom, pan, and swipe through highly accurate tide predictions (minute-level detail) for the coming days. A movable horizontal line helps determine boat launch/retrieval times based on desired depth. The app remembers the depth setting for each port.
- Flexible Time & Units: Choose between local, telephone, and GMT time; display heights in feet, inches, meters, or centimeters.
- Distance Measurement: Calculate distances between two points in miles, kilometers, and nautical miles.
- Customization Options: Adjust chart and table colors and transparency. Widgets display each station with a unique color. Select between day and night themes. Easily adjust font size for optimal readability.
