The UNO Star program is a Customer Engagement Program that digitally connects UNO Minda's Retailers, Mechanics, and Consumers on a single platform.
Customers can register via the app or with the help of UNO Minda representatives, subject to approval per the T&Cs. Enrollment is completed only after approval from the UNO Minda team.
Any successfully enrolled UNO Minda customer—including Mechanics, Retailers, and End Consumers—can use the app and avail benefits designed for their specific category.
Retailers:
Retailers can submit Retailer Loyalty Coupons, view the E-Catalogue, register Mechanics, redeem Mechanic Points on their behalf, and place orders using the UNO Star App.
Mechanics:
Mechanics receive loyalty benefits. They can redeem coupon points on selected UNO Minda products bearing the UNO Star coupon and also access the E-Catalogue.
Consumers:
Consumers can browse the E-Catalogue through the app to learn about UNO Minda products and search for vehicle spare parts by type and OEM category.
