The Guardians of the Road initiative has been revitalized with a new application, delivering an enhanced and user-friendly experience.

Join the Road Guard initiative and help save lives on the road!

Established in 2016, the "Guardians of the Road - the road of all of us" project aims to promote awareness and encourage diligent, safe driving practices. Since January 1, 2023, the "Safe Path" association has been operating the project.

Any citizen aged 18 or older can download the "Road Guards" app and begin using it to record traffic violations.

Using the app is simple and quick—activate it before you begin driving. When you witness a traffic violation, engage the reporting feature through either a voice command or by pressing the Bluetooth button on your steering wheel. The app will then begin recording and documenting the offense.

These recordings are sent to a control center run by volunteer controllers with extensive traffic safety expertise. After review, a "roadside notification" is sent to the documented individual, including a link to the violation video. For life‑endangering offenses, the project’s report is forwarded to the police for further action.
